Your specified delivery address will be used by The Bahrain Life to fulfil your Order. Once the customer places an order, The Bahrain Life Customer Service Team will directly contact the Customer to confirm the delivery address, provide the Delivery details such as estimated delivery time. However, delivery estimated time shall differ depending on uncontrollable circumstances (such as volume of deliveries, distance, and peak hours).
Unsuccessful or Failed Deliveries

In order to let you understand about the unsuccessful delivery and the future actions, we will get in touch with you through email, phone call, or text message. The Bahrain Life retains the ability to cancel the Order in these circumstances without offering you a refund or other kind of compensation.
No Show Cancellation
The Bahrain Life retains the ability to cancel the Order without providing you with a refund or other kind of compensation if you are no longer reachable or do not receive it within an acceptable period of time after it arrives at your delivery address.
Wrong Order, Missing Order, Defective Items
If, upon receiving your Order, you notice that there are faults with it (such as an incorrect order, a faulty order, or missing items), please reach out with customer service as soon as possible via the website's live chat option. To thoroughly evaluate the problem with your Order, The Bahrain Life may occasionally ask for photo evidence and/or other details. We will reimburse you for your Order or a portion of your Order if we deem that the items you received are not in proper conditions or quality.
If your Order is considerably delayed from the expected delivery time, please contact customer service as soon as possible using our website customer care chat option. In rare circumstances, The Bahrain Life can ask for further details so that it can adequately analyze the problem with your Order. We will reimburse you for your Order if we find that the Order and/or the items you got were considerably delayed.
In place Services, Pick up or Dine In
The Bahrain Life will send an email confirmation providing the purchase details and QR Code.
The QR Code shall be shown to the vendor once visited to be scanned and redeemed. The QR Code will provide complete purchase details to the vendor.
The customer is responsible for any damage to, loss of, quality degradation, or change in state of the items if there are unjustifiable Pick-Up delays that are the customer's fault (e.g., changes in the temperature fit for consumption). You will not be eligible for a refund or exchange of the goods in this circumstance. When the customer picks up the order, themselves are accountable for assessing the goods, and you must notify the vendor of any problems or flaws before leaving the vendor's premises. The vendor will act as a recipient of messages for The Bahrain Life.
Any visitor or customer of The Bahrain Life may choose the Dine-in Option during order checkout process.
Purchase of Dine-in services shall be transacted through online purchase - Payment at Vendor’s Premises isn’t valid.
The customer should provide the QR Code to the Vendor to redeem their order.
